CRC 1182 Retreat

The main purpose of the CRC 1182 retreats is to discuss the progress of the individual CRC 1182 projects, to work on commonalities in concepts and approaches, and to foster overarching research topics and interactions within the Collaborative Research Centre.

 


2020

The CRC 1182 will held an online Symposium on June 18th.

The next CRC 1182 retreat will take place hopefully end of the year at Hotel Waldschlösschen in Schleswig.

 


2018

The second CRC 1182 retreat in 2018 was held October 24th to 26th at Hotel Waldschlösschen in Schleswig.

This 2nd retreat in 2018 was organised as a pre evaluation meeting to prepare for the upcoming grant renewal application for a second funding phase. The CRC-members met with the Scientific Advisory Board a to gain valuable advice on how to proceed both scientifically and structurally. Please find the program here.

 

 

 

The first CRC 1182 retreat in 2018 took place on May 24th and 25th at Hotel Maritim in Kiel.

2017

The CRC 1182 retreat took place on October 11th-13th, 2017 at Hotel Waldschlösschen in Schleswig.

2016

The CRC 1182 had its first retreat on November 16th and 17th, 2016 at Hotel Waldschlösschen in Schleswig.
As guest of honor, Hendrik Poinar, Professor and Canada Research chair in Paleogenetics, participated in the CRC 1182 retreat and present his view on “Host Microbe Interactions in Ancient Times”. Additionally, the members of the CRC 1182 participated in a guided tour of “The Nydam Boat” exhibition in Schloss Gottorf. Please find here the program of the CRC 1182 retreat.
