Expansion of the CRC 1182 Scientific Advisory Board by Prof. Dr. Angela E. Douglas

It is our very great pleasure to inform you that the Steering Committee of the CRC 1182 decided to expand the CRC 1182 Scientific Advisory Board by Prof. Dr. Angela E. Douglas, Cornell University.

The Scientific Advisory Board is integral to the Collaborative Research Centre, overseeing the scientific strategy and also ensuring that in the next application phase (2020 -2024) researchers are included whose proposals demonstrate the greatest potential for understanding multi-organismic interactions within a given metaorganism. Current members of the SAB are Margaret McFall-Ngai (Hawaii), Fred Bäckhed (Gothenburg) and Andreas Peschel (Tübingen).
